The ELMI CM-8S benchtop centrifuge is now available worldwide. This model is our most powerful benchtop centrifuge available. CM-8S features a robust 4500 RPM /3500 RCF (G Force) motor, perfect for stem cells or samples that require large amounts of swing out force. Additionally, the CM-8S has advanced rotor recognition software, which uses magnetics to recognize exactly which rotor is installed into the centrifuge. This is pivotal in preventing a mistake if a user were to install a CM-7S rotor which is built for maximum speeds of 3500 RPM.

 

Did we mention all CM-7S Plus rotors are compatible with your new CM-8S? Additionally, we have a new line of rotors available for harnessing the full potential of the CM-8S centrifuge. As with all ELMI products, the warranty is 24 months, full coverage, parts, labor and even transit. The CM-8S is maintenance free and requires no assembly or professional setup. All ELMI centrifuges have built in power converters as well, so by simply switching the power cord, or adding an adapter they are safe to use anywhere in the world.
